缺血后处理对压疮大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶活力、丙二醛及一氧化氮含量的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨缺血后处理对压疮大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶活力、丙二醛及一氧化氮含量的影响。方法选择60只SD大鼠,以缺血-再灌注(IRI)法建立大鼠压疮模型,随机分为对照组(S组)、IRI组和缺血后处理组(I-PostC组),每组各20只。经不同方法处理后,肉眼观察大鼠受压皮肤,评价压疮分度,检测并比较3组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛及一氧化氮含量。结果 IRI组和I-Post组大鼠Ⅰ期压疮的发生率均为100%;I-Post组血清一氧化氮、丙二醛含量高于S组,而低于IRI组,其SOD活力低于S组,而高于IRI组,P均<0.01。结论缺血后处理可减轻氧化反应,有效缓解压疮大鼠模型局部皮肤缺血的IRI状态。%Objective To explore the impact on serum superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde and nitric oxide levels in rats after ischemia treament. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group (group S),ischemia-reperfusion injury group (group IRI),and ischemic post-conditioning (group I-PostC)randomly with 20 rats each group. Rat model with ischemia reperfusion were established,and their sta-ges of pressure ulcer were evaluated. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),serum concentration of ni-tric oxide (NO)and nitric malondialdehyde (MDA)were detected and compared. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer at stage I in group RI and group IPC are 1 00%. MDA and NO in group I-PostC were higher than those in group S but lower than those in group IRI. The activity of SOD in group I -PostC was higher than that in group IRI but lower than that in group S (P<0.01 ). Conclusion Post-conditioning reduce oxidation re-action and effectively alleviate the IRI state of local skin ischemia rat model.
