基于模糊动态规划算法的船舶航速最优调度模型研究

         

摘要

In this paper,it divides the ship course into some channels and provides an opti-mal scheduling model based on dynamic programming and fuzzy algorithm,using four factors of oil-consumption,time,speed and channel distance and bringing in the time scale parameter and the vector of channel length adjustment. The model is used to cut the oil-consumption by modifying speed in different channel,and the thesis gives the feasibility of dynamic programming and fuzzy planning for the model,meanwhile the practicability of the model has been improved in the paper.%将船舶航行的航道划分为若干水道,考虑油耗、时间、航速、水道距离四个因素,引入时间伸缩参数与水道距离调整向量,建立基于动态规划与模糊算法的最优调度模型,使得船舶在有效时间航程中油耗最小,并结合实例验证了两种算法模型对于船舶航行上航速选取的可行性,模糊算法的提出使得模型更具实际应用性。
