烟叶密集烤房排湿余热回收利用技术实验研究

摘要

针对自主研制的某型两种规格的密集烤房排湿余热回收利用装置的余热回收利用效果进行实验研究，经过对实测数据进行分析处理，对两种规格的排湿余热回收利用装置的排湿能力和余热回收效果、节煤进行了计算分析，结果表明，两种规格的排湿余热回收利用装置的排湿能力均能够满足烤房要求，其余热回收效果较好，节能减排效果显著。%For the independent development of a certain type of two speciifcations device, do a research on recycling tech-nology of humid air’s wast heat experiment of bulk curing barn’s heating system. After the analysis of the measured data, do the calculation and analysis of the two kinds of device’s ability of eliminate moisture, recycle the waste heat and save coal , we ifnd these two kinds of device can satisfy the requirements of a barn.
