By use of questionnaires, literature review, a survey and analysis is made of the status quo of college students participation in sports, the findings of which show that： students have inadequate knowledge of the sunshine sports campaign; students＇ motive of sports goes adrift with their sports acts with a far from satisfactory rate of participation; the lack of suffi- cient sports grounds and facilities, all of which have negative effects upon the smooth implementation of the campaign. Sugges- tions ： to step up the publicity campaign of the sunshine sports ; to raise students＇ awareness of keeping fit ; to integrate the sun- shine sports ideology with the sports courses; to introduce the inner and outer class all-in-one club model; to invest more on sports so as to satisfy the needs of the out-of-class sports communities and clubs.%运用问卷调查、文献资料等方法，对四川省高校大学生参与体育运动的现状进行调查分析，结果表明：大学生对阳光体育运动认识不深，体育动机与行为脱节和参与频率较低，学校缺乏足够的运动场地和器材，这些严重影响了阳光体育运动的开展．建议：增强阳光体育宣传力度，提高大学生健身意识；将阳光体育的健身理念融人体育课程，实施课内外一体化俱乐部制模式；加大体育经费投入，以满足课外体育社团、体育俱乐部的需要．
