力朴素联合顺铂新辅助化疗宫颈癌的效果观察

摘要

目的 探究力朴素联合顺铂新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者骨桥蛋白(OPN)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及微血管密度(MVD)水平的影响.方法 选取2014年1月-2016年1月在我院治疗的宫颈癌患者96例,按数字表法随机分成2组,各48例.实验组患者采用力朴素联合顺铂化疗,对照组采用5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂化疗.检测并比较2组患者治疗前后OPN、VEGF、HIF-1α及MVD水平数据.结果 与治疗前相比,在OPN、VEGF、MVD及HIF-1α指标上,2组患者均表现出显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后,实验组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 力朴素与顺铂联合新辅助化疗应用于宫颈癌的治疗,能够有效抑制OPN、VEGF及HIF-1α的表达,降低MVD水平.%Objective To explore the effects of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin on the levels of osteopontin ( OPN) , vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) , hypoxia-induced factor-1α( HIF-1α) and microvascular density ( MVD) in the patients with cervical cancer.Methods Ninety-six cases of cervical cancer admitted into our hospital for treatment from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected for the study, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups, each consisting of 48 cases.The patients of the experiment group were given the treatment of chemotherapy of cisplatin combined with paclitaxel liposome, while the patients of the control group were treated with chemotherapy of cisplatin plus fluorouracil.The levels of OPN, VEGF, HIF-1αand MVD were detected and recorded both before treatment and after 2 courses of chemotherapy.Then, statistical differences were compared and analyzed both before treatment and after treatment between the 2 groups.Results As compared with those before treatment, the levels of OPN, VEGF, MVD and HIF-1αwere all significantly decreased for the patients of both groups (P<0.05), Furthermore, after treatment, the levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made between them (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin to the treatment of cervical cancer could effectively inhibit the expressions of OPN, VEGF and HIF-1αand decrease the level of MVD.
