The paper proposes innovate teacher management system of higher education institution should be insisted academic standards, improve and perfect the professional qualification system access;follow the principle of academic freedom and equality, optimize teacher employment system; and establish evaluation system with academic standards-oriented, peer and expert's judgment as means; base on the academic profession features, improved teacher incentive mechanism; promote academic career development, improve innovation of teacher management system of higher education institution, establish teacher management system with China's characteristics, according to China's national conditions and times trend, promote healthy and sustainable development of higher education in China.% 基于学术职业的特点和规律,我国高校教师管理制度创新应回归学术职业本源,包括提高学术标准,建立职业准入资格制度;遵循学术自由与平等,完善教师聘任制度;坚持学术公平原则,优化教师考核评价制度;立足学术职业的特征,创新高校教师激励机制;创建高校教师发展制度,促进学术职业发展等。
