Local colleges and universities are the majority of higher education in China. Teachers in such institutions are undoubtedly the foundation of their survival and development. Due to the geographical location, the ranks, job benefits and research environments, local colleges and universities face the problem of brain drain, structural imbalances and many other difficulties.
