地方高校师资队伍建设与优化研究

Local colleges and universities are the majority of higher education in China. Teachers in such institutions are undoubtedly the foundation of their survival and development. Due to the geographical location, the ranks, job benefits and research environments, local colleges and universities face the problem of brain drain, structural imbalances and many other difficulties. Optimization of the local colleges and universities' teacher resource should recognize the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and take multi-pronged approaches to enhance the competitive edges of local colleges in the fierce job market for teachers.%地方高校是我国高等教育的主体，师资队伍是高校生存之本。地方高校由于地理位置、学校级别、福利待遇、科研环境等方面的不足，师资队伍建设面临人才流失、结构失衡等诸多困难。优化地方高校师资队伍，应认清地方高校师资建设中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，多管齐下，有的放矢，提升地方院校在激烈的人才竞争中的核心竞争力。
