当代中国爱国主义教育实效性的保障机制探析

高度重视并积极进行爱国主义教育,是世界各国普遍采取的通行做法。作为具有丰富历史资源和悠久爱国传统的当代中国,如何在新的形势下科学有效加强爱国主义教育,是一个十分重要且相当复杂的系统工作,其中,建立健全爱国主义教育的保障机制则是一个十分重要的子系统,也是爱国主义教育能否取得实效性和长久性的重要保证。这些保障机制包括：领导保障机制、人才队伍保障机制、投入保障机制、动力推进机制、考核评估机制和信息反馈机制%It is a universal practice among countries in the world to attach great importance to and actively promote patriotism education to citizens.To contemporary China,a country with rich historical resources and time-honored patriotic traditions,strengthening patriotism education in a scientific and effective way under the new circumstances is a kind of systematic work that requires crucial yet complicated endeavors to be made.Amongst these endeavors,setting up and improving the safeguard mechanism for patriotism education is not only a crucial subsystem of that systematic work but also an effective and long-lasting guarantee for realizing the effectiveness of patriotism education.An ideal safeguard mechanism for patriotism education usually comprises the leadership guarantee mechanism;the personnel guarantee mechanism;the investment guarantee mechanism;the mechanism of motivation;the mechanism of examination and evaluation;as well as the mechanism of information feedback.
