高师院校历史专业课程体系建设与学生能力培养

         

摘要

目前高师院校历史专业的课程设置与人才培养目标、学生能力培养相脱节,导致学生学习评价方式僵化,实践教学硬件建设投入不足。要以创新教育理念指导人才培养方案和课程结构的编制,正确处理基础课与实践课间的关系,加强实践课程的师资力量,改革学生学习评价方式,建立学生能力考核机制,加强实践教学的硬件建设,为学生能力的培养提供可靠的保障。%At present,there exist a lot of problems facing the curriculum arrangement of the academic specialty of history in China's teachers' colleges,such as the lack of relevance between curriculum arrangement and the objectives of talent cultivation and the cultivation of students' capabilities,the lack of interaction with the basic education reform,the dogmatic and rigid evaluation methods on students' performances,as well as the underinvestment in hardware construction for practice teaching.To counter these problems,efforts should be made to formulate scientific talent cultivation plan and curriculum structure through innovating on educational concepts,correctly handle the relationship between basic courses and practical courses and strengthen the buildup of ranks of teachers for practical courses,reform the evaluation methods on students' performances and establish a sound capability assessment mechanism,and finally enhance hardware construction for practice teaching to substantially ensure the cultivation of students' overall capabilities.
