波浪形连接端子的多工位级进模设计

             

摘要

分析了波浪形连接端子零件的冲压成形工艺。介绍了零件成形所需的冲小圆孔、冲异形孔、冲方形孔、切边、打筋、打字、打凸、倒角、竖舌、压舌和成形等17工位的排样设计,以及模具结构特点和关键成形零件的设计;根据端子中间连接部位在U形弯曲时产品步距将会缩小的特点,着重讨论了利用斜楔块弯曲成形U形结构的方法。%This paper analyzes the wave-shaped connection terminal parts stamping process, and elaborates the 17 station layout design, such as rushed small round hole, rushed shaped hole, rushed square hole, cutting edge, playing tendons, typing, playing convex, chamfering, vertical tongue, pressure tongue and as well as the characteristics of the die structure and the key of forming parts design; according to the characteristics that terminal intermediate connecting parts in the U-shaped bending products will be narrowed, it focuses on the use of inclined wedge block forming U-shaped structure method.
