We discuss the hardware design and software implementation of the entire system from the wind tunnel control system solutions, and present reasonable solution. This design uses STC series microprocessor at the core, the driver tube with FET IRF640 as fan, and uses optical sensors to detect the position of ball, then adopts LM393 produced by TI Company to adjust received signal, in order to improve control accuracy and stability, the circuit adopts closed-loop feedback control. The test results shows that the stability of the system performance meets the design requirements.%从分析电子设计竞赛项目要求入手,讨论了风洞控制系统的硬件电路设计和软件实现,并给出了合理的解决方案。本设计以STC系列微处理器为核心,以场效应管IRF640为风机的控制管,并采用光电传感器进行小球位置检测,选用TI公司生产的LM393对接收管信号进行调理。为提高控制的精度及稳定性,电路采用闭环反馈控制。测试结果表明,该风洞控制系统性能稳定,达到了设计要求。
