基于现代学徒制的高职教学模式研究

         

摘要

The modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education is a new kind of education model along with the school and enterprise cooperation, combined with the traditional apprenticeship and the purpose to develop compound talents suitable for the modern enterprise development needs. The modern apprenticeship has its fundamental basis of school-enterprise cooperation with a key point to implement work-integrated learning. The characteristic of the modern apprenticeship is the participation of schools, enterprises, society and government in education section and students ’ identities are also more dualistic. The article elaborates on the modern apprenticeship training pattern and the countermeasures of teaching system in practice to solve the problems in the teaching model of higher vocational education today.%实施现代学徒制的高职教学,目的是培养适合现代企业发展需要的复合型人才。现代学徒制是学校与企业通力合作的一种方式,也是与传统学徒培训相结合的新型教学模式,其根本是实现校企合作,其关键点是落实工学结合,其显著特征是学校、企业以及社会和政府在育人环节的共同参与,学生的身份也更具双重性。文章就当今高职教学模式存在的问题,阐述了现代学徒制培养模式及教学体系实践的对策。
