云南昭通地方特色小吃与翻译策略

摘要

云南昭通特色小吃中蕴涵丰富的地方饮食文化内涵。从文化翻译的角度，借鉴《中文菜单英文译法》，探究昭通特色小吃的英文翻译方法。地方特色小吃的翻译不仅要准确地传递菜品信息，还应将地方特色小吃所蕴含的地方饮食文化信息传递出来。%The locally-featured snacks in Zhaotong City of Yunnan contain rich local catering cultural connotations. The article attempts to probe into the methods of translating the locally-featured snacks in Zhaotong City by drawing on "Skills of Chinese-English Translation for Chinese Menu" from the perspective of cultural translation concept. The author holds that translation of the locally-featured snacks in Zhaotong City calls for correct transmission of the menu information as well as that of the local cultural information implied in the locally-featured snacks.
