The construction of ecological civilization, presented by the nation in this new era, is the impor- tant historic mission and the innovative connotation in educating college students. The 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China attaches equal importance to the construction of economy, politics, culture, society, and eco-civilization, proposing their integrated development. It is essential to nurture the perception of ecological civilization in college students~ moral education at this new age. The construction of new campus culture, based on ecological perception, is an important way to promote full-development of students and put into practice the scientific outlook on development. Through the construction of campus ecological culture colleges should first establish a well-preserved sub-ecosystem and play an essential role in the construction of socialism ecological civilization.%以培育生态文明理念为目标的校园文化建设是国家在新时期赋予大学思想品德与素质教育的历史重任，是大学生德育的新内涵。党的十八大将生态文明建设与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设并重，五位一体，科学发展。以生态文明理念为指导，建设大学校园文化是促进大学生全面发展、落实科学发展观的重要举措。通过校园生态文化建设，大学首先应当建设好校园的生态子系统，继而在社会主义生态文明建设中发挥出“先行者”的作用。
