PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective support enabling employees to participate in self-enlightenment and the like realizingly and positively and superiors to give subordinates accurate advice.;SOLUTION: By a self-enlightenment support method, an employee gives work values to his/her work. The work is categorized as any of direct value work, indirect value work and fixed indirect value work. The self-enlightenment support method has data collection processing and data analysis processing. The data collection processing arranges and collects every category of input work names and work values given to work to create a sales chart, which is stored in a storage part. The data analysis processing estimates a virtual profit/loss of work values according to the sales chart stored in the storage part as handling the direct value work, indirect value work and fixed indirect value work as virtual sales, virtual sales costs and virtual fixed expenses, respectively, and creates the employee's virtual profit and loss statement according to the estimation result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
