PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for generating/outputting information for navigating work action of a field worker, in other words, supporting navigation of action of the worker.SOLUTION: One past image (including position information) near a photographing position of a current image is extracted from among past images accumulated in a memory device. Based on the current image and the extracted past image, a worker and a robot are navigated as far as a position (target) representing the past image. Navigation data is generated and outputted which contains information for understanding angle, configuration, direction, degree of angle, or the like with which the past image has been photographed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
