南昌大桥桥墩抗浮运管段撞击能力评估及复合材料防撞设计

         

摘要

计算了南昌大桥桥墩的最危险截面处在受到水平撞击力时产生的内力.根据相关设计规范,计算了大桥桥墩实际能够承受的最大水平撞击力.应用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,考虑撞击角度、设防水位的影响,建模分析管段撞击桥墩时的撞击力.结果表明:无论是管段横桥向正撞工况还是顺桥向正撞工况,桥墩受到的撞击力均明显大于桥墩抗力.根据大桥所处水域特点及桥墩的抗浮运管段撞能力,设计了柔性复合材料混合防撞设施,满足了主要桥墩的设防要求.%The internal forces of the most dangerous section of Nanchang Bridge pier under the horizontal impact force were calculated.According to the relevant design code,the ultimate lateral bearing capacity of the bridge pier was calculated.Considering the effects of impact angle and the fortified water level,finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA modeling was used to analyze the impact force of piers impacted by floating pipes.The calculation results indicate that the ship impact forces of the piers are obviously more than the resistance forces,whatever the piers were crashed by transverse or along to the bridge.According to the characteristic of the water where the bridge located and the ability of the resistance to ship impact of the piers,a soft composite anti-collision facility was designed to satisfy the fortification requirements of the main piers.
