核心力量在实心球前掷训练中的理论分析与实证研究

     

摘要

核心力量主要是针对人体核心区域的核心肌群部位进行训练,特别是对那些位于人体深层部位小肌肉群训练。对体育高考生核心力量的训练有利于提高他们实心球前掷的成绩。通过对泗阳县2010年、2011年和2012年三年四所学校体育高考生实心球成绩进行统计分析,结果发现:对核心区域核心力量训练与实心球成绩有显著的正相关,人体克托来指数与实心球成绩有显著的正相关,同时探讨了核心力量训练在实心球前掷训练中的实际意义,并给以一些对策与建议。%Core strength is mainly directed against the human core region of the core muscles site training,especially for those located in the body of the deep parts of the small muscle group training.On sports college entrance examination students core strength training is helpful to improve their solid ball before throwing performance.Through to the Siyang County in 2010,2011 and2012 three year four school sports college entrance examination students a solid ball performance statistics analysis,the results showed that: the core region of core strength training and a solid ball performance has a significant positive correlation,human Cocteau to index and a solid ball performance has a significant positive correlation,and discusses the core strength training in a solid ball before throwing training of practical significance,and give some countermeasures and suggestions.
