纳米Fe3 O4负载镍催化剂的制备及其催化加氢性能

         

摘要

采用FeSO4·7H2 O单一铁源,用改进的化学共沉淀法制备了四方体纳米Fe3 O4粒子.以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵( CTAB)为模板,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了介孔二氧化硅包覆的Fe3 O4纳米磁性粒子.以羰基镍( NTC)为镍源,制备磁性负载型金属镍催化剂Ni/MFe3 O4( mesoporous Fe3 O4).利用透射电子显微镜( TEM)、选区电子衍射花样( SAED)、X线衍射分析( XRD)、X射线光电子能谱( XPS)、振动磁强计( VSM)等手段对催化剂进行表征.结果表明,Ni/MFe3 O4催化剂具有良好的催化活性.采用Ni/MFe3 O4催化加氢9-苯蒽,9-环己基十四氢蒽的收率可达87.6%.%By using FeSO4·7H2 O as a single iron source,with the help of ammonium hydroxide as the precipitating agent,a uniform size of cubic Fe3 O4 nanoparticles are prepared by the improved chemical co-precipitation method. The mesoporous Fe3 O4 is prepared by a sol-gel method,which is fabricated by using CTAB as template. The Ni/mesoporous Fe3 O4 catalyst is prepared by decomposing NTC on mesoporous Fe3O4. The crystalline structure,morphology and magnetic property of Ni/MFe3 O4 are characterized by transmission electron microscopy( TEM) ,selected area electron diffraction( SAED) ,X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS),and vibrating magnetometer(VSM). The results indicate that the Ni/MFe3 O4 catalyst is highly active. The 9-phenylanthracene can be completely converted into 9-cyclohexyltetradeca-hydro anthracene over Ni/MFe3 O4 catalyst,and the conversions of 9-phenylanthracene is up to 86.7%.
