c－met 和Ezrin在大肠癌中表达

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of c -met and Ezrin in colorectal cancer tissues,and explore the relation-ship between its clinical pathology significence with prognosis.Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the ex-pression of c-met and Ezrin in 35 cases of colorectal cancer and 20 cases of adjacent tissue, and then to analyze the relationship be-tween the expression of c-met and Ezrin with patients clinical pathology.Results The expression of c-met and Ezrin in colorectal cancer tissue level is significantly higher than that in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma ( P <0.05) .The expression of c-met and Ezrin was positively correlated with tumor invasion, the degree of differentiation, and lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05) , and has no relastionship with the gender, age, and tumor location not ( P >0.05) .The expression of c-met and Ezrin in colorectal cancer tis-sues were positively correlated (rs =0.614, p =0.614).Conclusion The expression of c-met and Ezrin is closely related to the incidence, invasion and matastasis of colorectal cancer.Combined detection of c-met and Ezrin is helpful for determine colorectal cancer invasion, metastasis and prognosis.%目的：研究c－met和Ezrin在大肠癌组织中表达及其临床病例和预后关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测35例大肠癌组织及20例癌旁组织中c－met 和Ezrin表达水平，分析c－met和Ezrin表达与各临床病理关系。结果大肠癌组织中c－met和Ezrin表达水平明显高于癌旁组织（ P ＜0．05） c－met和Ezrin表达水平与肿瘤的的侵犯，分化程度，淋巴结转移有关（ P ＜0．05），与性别，年龄，肿瘤部位无关（ P ＞0．05），c－met和Ezrin在大肠癌组织中呈正相关（rs＝0．614， p ＝0.000）。结论 c－met和Ezrin与大肠癌的发生，侵袭，转移密切相关，两者在大肠癌的发生，转移有可能有协同作用，联合检测c－met和Ezrin有助于判断大肠癌的侵犯，转移和预后。
