植物激素对紫花苜蓿生长速度和干鲜比的影响

摘要

对多年生紫花苜蓿阿尔冈金(Medicago sativa L.Algonquin)施用赤霉素(GA)和矮壮素(CCC),探讨两种植物激素对紫花苜蓿生长的影响.结果表明:施用赤霉素提高了紫花苜蓿的生长速度,尤其是200 mg/L浓度下喷施赤霉素能有效促进紫花苜蓿株高的生长.矮壮素则延缓了紫花苜蓿的生长速度,但提高了其干物质积累量.%With the application of gibberellic acid ( GA) and chlormequat chloride ( CCC ) in perennial alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. Algonquin) , the effects of plant hormone on the growth and ratio of dry weight to fresh weight in alfalfa were investigated in the current study. The results demonstrated that GA obviously improved the growth rate of alfalfa. Spraying of GA, especially with 200 mg/L could effectively promote the height growth of alfalfa. CCC might inhibit the growth of alfalfa, conversely, it incresed the dry weight accumulation.
