半边莲中的3个香豆素化合物

摘要

对半边莲的醇提物进行化学成分研究,分离得到3个香豆素化合物,经理化和波谱分析鉴定为:5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(1),6-羟基-5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(2),5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(3).%Three coumarins were isolated from Lobelia chinensis Lour, their structure were elucidated by physi-cochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis as 5 ,7 - dimethoxycoumarin (1) , 6 - hydroxy -5,7 - dim-ethoxycoumarin (2 ) , 5 - hydroxy -6,7- dimethoxycoumarin (3).
