不同处理方法对樟叶越桔种子萌发的影响

Seeds of Vaccinium dunalianum collected from Liupanshui, Guizhou province were chosen as the germination test materials.Seeds were treated in different soaks such as different temperature (room temperature, 40 ℃ and 60 ℃), different concentrations of GA3 (200, 1000 and 1500mg/L), different concentrations of H3BO3 (0.2% and 0.5%) and different constant culture temperatures (15、20、25、30、35℃).The results showed that germination percentage was not significant different in the room temperature and 40 ℃ water bath soaking conditions.However, the temperature of the water bath at 60 ℃ was too high, and the seed after soaking had lost its vitality.The seeds treated with GA3 had significantly higher final germination percentage and shortened germination time;and their germination percentage increased along with the increase of concentrations, reaching a maximum of 68.67%.H3BO3 treatments did not have effect on seed germination.The difference of germination percentage at different culture temperatures was significant.Seeds of V.dunalianum could germinate in a wide range of temperature from 15℃ to 30℃.The suitable temperatures for their germination were 15℃ to 25℃, and the optimum temperature was 20℃ with the maximum germination percentage of 65.33%.%为了提高樟叶越桔种子的萌发率,以在六盘水采集的樟叶越桔种子为材料,对其进行种子萌发试验,研究了不同水浴温度浸种(常温、40℃和60℃)、不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)溶液浸种(200、1000、1500mg/L)、不同浓度硼酸溶液浸种(0.2%和0.5%)和不同培养温度(15、20、25、30、35℃)等处理对樟叶越桔种子萌发的影响.结果表明:常温水浴浸种与40℃水浴浸种条件下种子萌发率差异不显著,60℃水浴温度过高,浸种后的种子丧失生命活力;GA3浸种处理能显著促进种子萌发,缩短发芽时间,且萌发率随浓度增加而增加,最大萌发率达68.67%,而硼酸浸种无明显作用;不同培养温度条件下的萌发率差异显著,在15~30℃条件下,种子都能发芽,但萌发适宜温度为15~25℃,最适温度为20℃,最大萌发率达65.33%.
