蒽环类药物是一类重要的广谱抗肿瘤抗生素,也是常见的与心脏毒性作用相关的药物.患者第一次用药就可能造成心脏损伤,长期使用更可能发生剂量依赖性的心脏毒性效应.心力衰竭、心肌缺血和血栓形成是典型的心脏毒性表现.本文就如何应用医学影像技术来早期监测蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性反应作一综述.有助于进一步加深理解和推动医学影像学领域的科学研究.%Anthracyclines are an important class of broad-spectrum antitumor antibiotics and are the most common drugs that are associated with cardiotoxicity.Patients with first use of drugs may cause heart damage and long-term use of anthracyclines is more likely to have a dose-dependent cardiotoxicity effect.Heart failure,myocardial ischemia and thrombosis are typical cardiotoxic manifestations. This review summarizes how to apply medical imaging tech-niques to early monitor cardiotoxicity induced by anthracyclines.Help to further deepen the understanding and promo-tion of scientific research in the field of medical imaging.
