胃癌分子病理学中相关肿瘤标志物的研究新进展

摘要

Gastric cancer has highter incidence rate and death rate, there are lots of oncogene and anti - oncongene in progression procedure of gastric cancer,which is a multiple stage and path synergistical production. It is important to early discover these gene and marker in stomach cancers development,prognostic,diagnosis,treatment. It is becoming possible to use molecular markers in differential diagnosis, prognostic evaluation, and specific clinical interventions. This article summarized and forecasted the advancement of tumor markers in molecular pathology of gastric cancer.%胃癌的进展过程涉及多种癌基因抗癌基因,是多阶段多途径协同作用的产物,因此早期发现这些基因及标志物与胃癌的发生、发展及预后的关系,对胃癌的早期诊断、治疗及判断预后起着极其重要的作用.本文对胃癌分子病理学中的相关标志物进行总结和展望.
