自膨式覆膜金属支架治疗食管癌术后颈部吻合口瘘

摘要

Objective:To explore the application value of self - expandable covered metal stent implantation for the treatment of cervical anastomotic fistula after esophagectomy. Methods:Place self - expandable covered metal stent implantation in 17 patients with cervical anastomotic fistula after esophagectomy under endoscopy. Results:Stents were successfully placed in all patients at the first time. The patients returned to normal diets. 1 patient was re-inserted after stent placement. The total cure rate was 94. 1% . All patients had slight retrosternal pain and symptoms of reflowing. All patients discharged with cured anastomotic fistula. Conclusion:The treatment of cervical anastomotic fistula in patients with esophageal carcinoma by endoscopy with self - expandable covered metal stent implantation is simple,safe and effective.%目的：探讨自膨式覆膜金属支架在治疗食管癌术后颈部吻合口瘘中的应用价值。方法：在胃镜下对17例食管癌术后颈部吻合口瘘患者进行自膨式覆膜金属支架植入治疗。结果：所有患者一次植入成功，恢复正常饮食。1例支架脱落后重新植入。总治愈率为94.1%。全组术后均出现轻度的胸骨后疼痛不适或胃液反流的症状，所有患者均痊愈出院。结论：自膨式覆膜金属支架植入是内镜下治疗食管癌术后颈部吻合口瘘的简单安全有效的方法。
