目的:研究 ECRG4对鼻咽癌细胞生物学行为的影响。方法:构建稳定表达 ECRG4的鼻咽癌细胞株CNE1、ECRG4c1和 ECRG4c2。MTT 实验、克隆形成实验和侵袭实验分别测定 ECRG4高表达对鼻咽癌细胞增殖能力、克隆形成能力和侵袭能力的影响。结果:成功构建 ECRG4高表达的鼻咽癌细胞,和对照细胞相比, ECRG4的高表达可以抑制 CNE1细胞的增殖能力、克隆形成能力和侵袭转移能力。结论:ECRG4的高表达抑制 CNE1细胞的增殖、克隆形成和侵袭转移能力。在鼻咽癌细胞中发挥抑癌基因功能。%Objective:To investigate the role of ECRG4 on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Methods:Constructed ECRG4 forced expressing CNE1 cells and observed the role of ECRG4 in CNE1 cells by MTT assay,clone formed as-say and cell invasion assay. Results:Forced overexpression of ECRG4 could dramatically inhibit the proliferation, clone formation and invasion of CNE1 cells. Conclusion:ECRG4 plays role of tumor suppressor gene in CNE1 cells and it could be a promising molecular target for NPC diagnosis and treatment.
