肿瘤相关成纤维细胞表型和功能的异质性

摘要

Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAF) originate from various cell types with different phenotypes.Classically,CAFs are assigned with pro-tumorigenic effects stimulating tumor growth and progression.More recent studies demonstrated also tumor-inhibitory effects of CAFs suggesting that tumor-residing fibroblasts exhibit a certain degree of plasticity.In this review,we elucidate the heterogeneous origin and phenotypes of CAF and we highlight the issue of how diverse and heterogeneous functions given by CAFs could exert potent influences on tumor progressions,and the mechanism behind,hoping to get an overall understanding of CAF.%肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblast,CAF)的来源、表型各异.既往较多研究证实了CAF对肿瘤发生发展有促进作用,近来越来越多的研究显示CAF也能够抑制肿瘤的发生,显示CAF在肿瘤微环境中发挥的功能的可塑性.本文就CAF来源、表型、作用及作用机制的异质性及影响CAF产生异质性的因素作一综述,以期对CAF有一个更加全面深入的了解.
