70例子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌患者PDCD4、PDCD5蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的:研究PDCD4、PDCD5蛋白在子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌(EAOC)中的表达水平及其临床意义.方法:收集2010年2月至2015年2月到我院妇科确诊的70例子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌(EAOC)患者作为观察组,并选取同一时间段内到我院确诊的70例单纯性卵巢癌患者作为对照组.应用免疫组化法(Fnvisinn)检测两组卵巢癌患者卵巢组织中程序性死亡4因子(PDCD4)和程序性死亡5因子(PDCD5)蛋白的表达水平,并且将两组资料显示结果进行对比分析.结果:观察组患者PDCD4蛋白的阳性表达率为20.0％,对照组患者阳性表达率为31.4％,观察组PDCD4蛋白的阳性表达率明显低于对照组,两组数据差异明显(P＜0.05).观察组患者中PDCD5蛋白的阳性表达率为21.4％,对照组患者中阳性表达率为34.3％,观察组PD-CD5蛋白的阳性表达率明显低于对照组,两组数据差异明显(P＜0.05).观察组患者PDCD4 (0.39 ±0.11)和PDCD5蛋白(0.41 ±0.12)的含量都明显降低,且低于对照组,两组数据具有明显差异(P＜0.05).结论:通过检测子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌患者PDCD4、PDCD5蛋白的表达水平,可以有效地诊断患者病情的恶化程度,了解病情发展情况,明确病情类型,有助于患者病情的控制和治疗,值得推广应用.%Objective:To study the expression level of PDCD4 and PDCD5 protein in patients with ovarian cancer (EAOC) and its clinical significance.Methods:The data of 70 cases of endometriosis associated ovarian cancer (EAOC) patients from February 2010 to February 2015 deleted into the observation group and 70 cases of simple ovarian cancer patients from the same time period to our hospital were delected into control group.Application of immune group method (Fnvisinn) was used for the detection of two groups of ovarian cancer patients with ovarian tissue programmed death 4 (PDCD4) gene and procedural death gene 5 (PDCD5) protein expression level,and two grouPs of data display results were compared and analyzed.Results:The PDCD4 protein positive rate of the observation group was 20.0％,and the control group patients with positive rate was 31.4％,PDCD4 protein positive rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences between the two groups of data significantly (P ＜ 0.05).PDCD5 protein positive rate of the observation group was 21.4％,and positive rate of the control group was 34.3％,the PDCD5 protein positive rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups of data significantly (P ＜ 0.05).The contents of PDCD4 (0.39 ±0.11) and PDCD5 protein (0.41 ±0.12) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the data of the two groups were significantly different (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Through the detection of endometriosis associated ovarian cancer patients of PDCD4,PDCD5 protein expression levels and can effectively diagnose the extent of the deterioration of the patients condition,understanding the development of the disease,the clear condition type,contribute to the control and treatment of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
