基于概念和原理认知的图书馆知识服务研究

         

摘要

由于缺乏适宜理论基础的支撑,当前图书情报界对知识服务存在许多模糊认识.通过对与知识服务相关的概念和原理进行分析可以发现,知识服务是能更深入、更全面满足读者显性知识和隐性知识需求,促进读者与知识进行更好交流的服务.图书馆需要在深刻认识知识服务并处理好与文献服务、信息服务关系的基础上,以知识交流为中心并大力提高馆员的隐性知识水平,开展知识服务.%In lack of appropriate theoretical foundation support, there are many fuzzy understanding to knowledge service in library and information staff. Based on the analysis of concepts and principles related to knowledge service, li-brary knowledge service was the service that be able to more deeply and fully meet the demand of readers explicit and tacit knowledge, could better promote the exchange of readers with knowledge. Library could carry out the knowledge service through centered on knowledge exchange and improve the librarians' tacit knowledge level on the basis of the deep under-standing of knowledge service and relationship with literature service and information service.
