输尿管软镜碎石术前留置输尿管支架的意义(附30例报告)

摘要

Objective: To analyze retrospectively the effects of preoperative indwelling of ureteral stents on the flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods: During 2014 to 2015, a total of 30 patients with nephrolith, who were given flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy, were selected.The average operation time, average postoperative hospital stay and the incidence of residual stones were statistically analyzed.Results: The average operation time and hospital stay were significantly shortened, and the incidence of residual stones was obviously reduced in the preoperative ureteral stent indwelling group as compared with control group.Conclusions: The preoperative indwelling of ureteral stents can effectively increase the success rate of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.%目的:回顾性分析术前留置输尿管支架对输尿管软镜碎石术的影响.方法:收集30例接受输尿管软镜碎石术肾结石患者的临床资料.统计术前留置输尿管支架与未留置输尿管支架者行输尿管软镜碎石术的手术时间、术后平均住院日、残留结石发生率.结果:术前常规留置输尿管支架组的手术时间、术后平均住院日及残留结石发生率均有明显改善.结论:术前留置输尿管支架可有效提高输尿管软镜碎石术的成功率.
