雷诺嗪联合胺碘酮治疗心房颤动的系统评价

摘要

目的 评价雷诺嗪联合胺碘酮治疗心房颤动(房颤)的疗效.方法 系统检索Pub Med、Cochrane、Embase、CNKI、VIP、CBM和万方数据库,收集公开发表的关于雷诺嗪联合胺碘酮治疗房颤的随机对照实验(RCT),按照文献纳入及排除标准,提取收据资料,利用Rev Man5.3.5软件进行统计分析.结果 最终纳入7个RCT,共1034例患者.Meta分析结果显示:实验组24小时内转复窦性心律成功率更高[RR=0.36,95％CI(0.05,0.66),P＜0.05)]、转复窦性心律所需时间更短[WMD=-9.17,95％CI(-12.81,-5.54),P＜0.05)].结论 雷诺嗪联合胺碘酮可提高24小时内房颤转复窦性心律成功率,有效缩短心房颤动转复窦性心律所需时间%Objective To To evaluate the curative effect of ranolazine combined with amiodarone on atrial fibrillation.Methods PubMed, Cohrane Library, Embase, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang Data were retrieved for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of atrial fibrillation treated by ranolazine combined with amiodarone, the related data were extracted and analyzed by RevMan5. 3. 5 software.Results In total, 7 RCTs (1034 cases) were finally included;Meta analysis showed that the success rate of sinus rhythm conversion within 24 hours was higher in experiment group[RR = 0. 36, 95％ CI (0. 05, 0. 66), P ＜ 0. 05) ]and the time for sinus rhythm conversion was much shorter[WMD=-9. 17, 95％CI (-12. 81, -5. 54), P＜0. 05) ].Conclusions Ranolazine combined with amiodarone can raise the success rate of the conversion of atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm within 24 hours and shorten the time needed.
