The present young people will be involved in the process of the " Two One - hundred Years" con-struction,hence,it is the key to the ecological construction and activation of the wild China to cultivate their view of ecological responsibility,and internalizing it into an intense ecological sense of responsibility,and thus external-izing their ecological responsibility into a positive behavior,and also the basic conditions for achieving the great "China Dream" . This paper considers that:to foster the young people′s awareness of the ecological responsibility is not only the demands of adhering to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and the ideological premise of their active participation in the ecological civilization construction,but also requirement of strengthening their awareness of social responsibility. Faced with the current situation that the young people′s weak sense of ecological responsibility,the cultivation of their ecological awareness not being attracted enough attention of the whole society, and the scarcity of the corresponding educational resources,to foster their ecological responsibility awareness should begin with education of national conditions,investment increase in education resources,and the design of strength-ening the social rules.%当代青年全程参与“两个一百年”的建设过程，培育他们的生态责任观，并将其内化为强烈的生态责任意识，进而外化为积极的生态责任行为，是全面推进生态文明建设、建成美丽中国的关键所在，也是实现伟大“中国梦”的基础条件之一。文章认为青年生态责任意识的培育不仅是坚持中国特色社会主义模式的需要和青年积极参与生态文明建设的思想前提，更是增强当代青年社会责任意识的要求。面对当下青年生态责任意识明显不强，青年生态意识培育问题尚未引起全社会足够重视，以及相应教育资源匮乏等现状，青年生态责任意识的培育应该从开展基本生态国情教育，增加教育资源投入、加强社会制度设计等几个方面着手。
