应用心理学专业大学生专业技能的构成与培养

摘要

当今社会对应用心理学专业人才提出了更高的要求，应该加强专业技能的培养以提高人才培养质量。应用心理学专业大学生的专业技能主要由七个方面构成：科学研究技能、心理咨询与治疗技能、心理辅导与心理教育技能、经济心理技能、管理心理技能、社会心理技能以及教育心理技能。心理学专业技能的培养一方面要重视课程教学的主渠道作用，另一方面更要充分发挥课外实践活动的重要作用。%As the professional skill is regarded as an important qualification for the majors of Applied Psychology,so the training of professional skills should be strengthened to meet the higher demands of society. The professional skills of undergraduates in Applied Psychology constitute mainly of six aspects,such as research skills,psychotherapy skills, counseling skills,economic psychological skills,managerial psychological skills,and psychosocial skills. For the train-ing of theses professional skills,the role of the curriculum as the main channel should be paid much attention to,at the same time,the importance of after - class practice will be taken into the trainersˊconsideration.
