博来霉素联合化疗药物胸腔注入对恶性胸腔积液患者治疗护理的效果评价

摘要

Objective :Understanding of bleomycin combined with chemotherapy drugs injected into pleural cavity in or-der to improve the effect of treatment of patients with pleural effusion nursing of malignant .Methods :62 patients using central venous catheter ,so that the chest water to make the principle of randomization into two groups ,control group (30 cases) in the intrapleural DDP 40mg/m2 .The treatment group (32 cases) Bo to neomycin 45~60mg on this basis , into the thoracic cavity ,relating to care and related issues must be noted .Results:Bo to neomycin joint cisplatin in-trathoracic injection for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion treatment and care of the two groups was significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Bleomycin combination chemotherapy drugs pleural injection treatment of malignant pleural ef-fusion was significantly improved patient adherence to treatment ,thereby improving the quality of life of patients .%目的：了解博来霉素联合化疗药物胸腔注入对恶性胸腔积液患者治疗护理的效果评价。方法：选取的62例患者均使用中心静脉导管引流，使胸水流尽后，按随机化原则分为两组，对照组（30例）在胸腔内注入DDP 40mg/m2。治疗组（32例）在此基础以博来霉素45～60mg注入胸腔，进行与之有关的护理方法及需注意的有关问题。结果：博来霉素联合顺铂胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸腔积液的治疗和护理两组比较有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论：博来霉素联合化疗药物胸腔注入治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效显著，提高了患者治疗的依从性，从而提高患者的生活质量。
