血清心肌酶水平与新生儿窒息的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective :To investigate the myocardial enzyme in the clinical value of neonatal asphyxia .Methods :Select 98 newborns in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 ,they were divided into three groups ,the severe asphyxia group(32 cases) ,mild asphyxia group(32 cases) and normal control group (34 cases) .They were respectively extrac‐ted and detected serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST ) ,creatine kinase (CK) ,creatine kinase (CK‐MB) ,lactate de‐hydrogenase (LDH) after admission and after treatment .Results:12 hours after admission ,the serum enzyme of the se‐vere asphyxia group was higher than the mild asphyxia group ,the serum enzyme of the mild asphyxia group was higher than the the normal control group ;24 hours after treatment ,serum enzyme of asphyxia group were significantly re‐duced compared before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion:Detection of serum enzyme levels can be used as a sensitive indicator of neonatal asphyxia diagnosis ,timely detection of serum enzyme levels con‐tribute to its early diagnosis and treatment .
