枸杞多糖对阿霉素诱导大鼠心肌病的影响

摘要

Objective :To explore the effect of Lyceum barbaru polysaccharides (LBP) on cardiomyopathy Apoptosis in Adriamycin(ADR)Induced cardiomyopathy in Rat .Methods :Male wistar rats weighting about 200~250g was used to establish the model of Adriamycin-induced Cardiomypathy ,then randomized divide into groups :model group ,control group;LBP high dose(20mg/ml) group ,LBP middle dose(10mg/ml) group ,LBP low does (5mg/ml) group;continous intragastric administration for 14 days and then use the HE staining and microscopy to observe the pathological change in tissue dissection .Results:HE staining shows that LBP can made rehabilitation of damage depend on concentration , and also it can protect normal myocardial tissue .Conclusion:Adriamycin can induced cardiomyopathy ,LBP therapy can inhibit cardiomyopathy apoptosis in adriamycin-induced cardiomyopathy .%目的：探讨枸杞多糖对阿霉素引起心肌病变的影响。方法：雄性wistar大鼠，建立阿霉素心肌病模型，随机分为正常对照组和阿霉素模型组；正常大鼠枸杞多糖对照组，枸杞多糖高、中、低剂量干预组，连续灌胃14 d后处死取心脏组织做病理切片，观察组织学的变化。结果：HE染色显示枸杞多糖对阿霉素诱导的心肌病变有浓度依赖性的损伤修复作用，对正常大鼠心肌组织也有一定保护作用。结论：阿霉素可引起心肌病变，枸杞多糖对阿霉素心肌病变有一定的疗效。
