目的：研究支气管哮喘患者哮喘急性发作期和恢复期血清中白细胞介素‐6（IL‐6）、白细胞介素‐10（IL‐10）及肿瘤坏死因子‐α（TNF‐α）水平的变化，探讨其变化与支气管哮喘发病过程的相关性。方法：运用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对42例支气管哮喘患者哮喘急性发作期、恢复期血清中IL‐6、IL‐10及TNF‐α水平进行检测，同时对38例正常健康者作如上检测，以形成对比。结果：支气管哮喘患者在哮喘急性发作期血清中IL‐6、T N F‐α的浓度均高于恢复期和正常对照组，P＜0．01，差异具有统计学意义；恢复期IL‐6、T N F‐α的浓度与对照组比较也高，P＜0．01，差异具有统计学意义；而IL‐10在哮喘急性发作期血清中的浓度却低于正常对照组，P＜0．01，差异具有统计学意义；恢复期IL‐10的浓度比哮喘急性发作期要高，但比正常对照组要低，P＜0．01，差异具有统计学意义。结论：细胞因子IL‐6、IL‐10、T N F‐α参与了支气管哮喘的发病过程，检测其水平的变化，对探讨支气管哮喘的发病机制和预后的评估都具有重要的临床意义。%Objective :Convalescent serum interleukin‐6 and acute attack ofasthma in patients with bronchial asthma (IL‐6) ,interleukin‐10(IL‐10) and tumor necrosis factor‐α(TNF‐α) levels ,to explore the correlation between the chan‐ges and the pathogenesis of asthma .Methods :Using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 42 patients with bronchial asthma acute attack of asthma ,convalescent serum IL‐6 ,IL‐10 and TNF‐α levels were detected at the same time as stated above ,detection of 38 healthy controls ,to form a contrast .Results :The concentration of bronchial asth‐ma patients in acute attack of asthma in serum IL‐6 ,TNF‐α were higher than those in recovery stage and in normal control group ,P<0 .01 ,the difference was statistically significant ;the concentration of recovered IL‐6 ,TNF‐αcom‐pared with control group and high ,P<0 .01 ,the difference was statistically significant ;while IL‐10 in acute asthma the concentration of serum in the period is lower than that of normal control group ,P< 0 .01 ,there was significant difference;the concentration of recovered IL‐10 than acute asthmatic attack to be high ,but lower than normal control group ,P<0 .01 ,the difference has statistical significance .Conclusion:Cytokines IL‐6 ,IL‐10 ,TNF‐αparticipates in the pathogenesis of asthma ,to observe the changes of level ,has important clinical significance in evaluation of the patho‐genesis and prognosis of bronchial asthma .
