妊娠高血压疾病患者血清亲环素A水平变化及其相关因素分析

摘要

目的：探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清亲环素 A（CyPA）水平变化及其与收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、脉压（PP）、脉压指数（PPI）、平均动脉压（MAP）等血压指标的相关性。方法：选取2014年6月－2016年1月入住我院产科明确诊断为妊娠期高血压疾病的患者100例作为实验组，同时选取同期门诊产检的正常妊娠者100例作为对照组，分别记录两组入选对象的SBP、DBP、PP、MAP、PPI、BMI、孕周、年龄等一般指标，留取清晨空腹肘静脉血，采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测所有入选对象血清CyPA水平，分析妊娠高血压疾病患者血清CyPA水平与SBP、DBP、PP、MAP、PPI等血压指标的相关性。结果：与正常妊娠者比较，妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清 CyPA 水平明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。进一步Pearson相关分析显示：妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清 CyPA 水平与SBP、DBP、PP、MAP、PPI等血压指标均呈明显正相关（均 P＜0．01）。结论：妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清CyPA 水平明显升高，其水平与SBP、DBP、PP、MAP、PPI均呈明显正相关，CyPA 水平升高可能是妊娠期高血压疾病的危险因素。%Objective:To investigate the levels of Cyclophilin A (CyPA) in patients with HDCP and to investigate the correlation of serum Cyclophilin A with systolic blood pressure(SBP) ,diastolic blood pressure(DBP) ,pulse pressure (PP) ,mean arterial pressure(MAP) ,pulse pressure index(PPI) .Methods:The 100 HDCP patients and 100 the normal Pregnancy were selected for the study .The levels of serum Cyclophilin A were measured by enzyme‐linked immunosor‐bent assay(ELISA) .We recorded the parameters such as age ,BMI ,SBP ,DBP ,PP ,MAP ,PPI and gestational weeks in each group .At the same time ,the correlation of Cyclophilin A with SBP ,DBP ,PP ,MAP ,PPI were analyzed .Results:Compared with the normal Pregnancy group ,the levels of serum Cyclophilin A in HDCP patients group were signifi‐cantly increased(P<0 .01) .The Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the levels of serum Cyclophilin A in the pa‐tients with HDCP were positive correlated with SBP ,DBP ,PP ,MAP and PPI(all P<0 .01) .Conclusion:The levels of of serum Cyclophilin A was significant higher in HDCP and it was positively correlated with SBP ,DBP ,PP ,MAP and PPI in the patients with HDCP .Cyclophilin A level is a risk factor of HDCP .
