急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者血清亲环素A水平变化及其相关因素分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the levels of serum cyclophilin A(CyPA)in patients with acute atherosclerotic cer‐ebral infarction and its relevant factors analysis .Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral in‐farction and 100 people with healthy were selected for the study .The biochemical indicators were detected by automatic biochemical detector .The levels of serum CyPA were detected with Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay .The levels of serum high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs‐CRP)were detected with immunoturbidimetry .Results:Compared with nor‐mal control group ,the levels of serum CyPA and hs‐CRP were significantly increased(P<0 .01) .Correlation analysis revealed that the levels of serum CyPA in the patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were positive corre‐lated with systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure ,hs‐CRP ,triglyceride ,Low density lipoprotein ,Fasting blood glucose ,homocysteine ,Serum uric acid and Cystatin C(all P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion:The levels of serum CyPA in the patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were significantly increased ,and they were positive correla‐ted with the systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure ,hs‐CRP ,triglyceride ,Low density lipoprotein ,Fasting blood glucose ,homocysteine ,Serum uric acid and Cystatin C .%目的：探讨急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死（AACI）患者血清亲环素 A（CyPA）水平变化以及其相关因素分析。方法：选取2013年1月－2016年1月入住我院明确诊断为AACI患者100例作为实验组，同时选取同时期门诊健康体检者100例作为正常对照组。记录两组入选对象年龄、性别、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）等一般指标，检测血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs‐CRP）和CyPA水平，分析血清CyPA水平与血压、hs‐CRP及相关生化指标的相关性。结果：与正常对照组比较，实验组患者血清CyPA、hs‐CRP水平均明显升高，差异有统计学意义（均 P＜0．01）。进一步直线相关分析显示：AACI患者血清CyPA水平与SBP、DBP、hs‐CRP、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL‐C）、血糖（Glu）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、血尿酸（UA）、胱抑制C均呈明显正相关（均 P＜0．05或 P＜0．01）。结论：AACI患者血清CyPA水平明显升高，且其与SBP、DBP、hs‐CRP、TG、LDL‐C、Glu、Hcy、UA、胱抑制C均呈明显正相关，CyPA可用于预测动脉粥样硬化患者脑血管事件的发生。
