老年鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的治疗

摘要

Objective:To report authors experiences in treating secretory otitis media (SOM ) in elderly patients wih nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy ,to improve understanding of its cause and identify effective treat‐ment methods .Methods :To use“triple therapy”of systemic use of broad spectrum antibiotics ,hormones ,neurotrophic , vasodilators and nasal cavity ,nasopharynx and tympanic membrane clean puncture ,aspiration ,injection ,tympanic pressure lavage to treat 32 cases(36 ears) of secretory otitis media of post‐radiotherapy in elderly patients with naso‐pharyngeal carcinoma and observe the curative effect .Results:Of 32 cases of 36 ears ,20 ears healed(55 .56% ,20/36) , 13 ears effective(36 .11% ,13/36) ,3 ears invalid(8 .33% ,3/36) ,the total effective rate 91 .67% (33/36) ,no compli‐cations .Conclusion:The curative effect for“triple therapy”to treat secretory otitis media of post‐radiotherapy elderly na‐sopharyngeal carcinoma is accurate and reliable .It is significant to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,and the method is simple ,it is easy to be promoted and used in primary hospitals .%目的：探索老年鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的治疗方法。方法：采用全身治疗、鼻部清理、鼓室正压灌洗的“三联疗法”治疗老年鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎患者32例（36耳），观察治疗效果。结果：32例36耳中，痊愈20耳（55.56％，20／36），有效13耳（36．11％，13／36），无效3耳（8．33％，3／36），总有效率为91．67％，无并发症。结论：“三联疗法”治疗老年鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎疗效确切可靠，对提高老年鼻咽癌患者的生存质量具有重要意义，且方法简便易行，便于基层医院推广应用。
