Objective To explore the correlation of protein expression of the DNA repair gene XRCC4 and clinical pathology parameters of triple negative breast cancer. Methods Adopt the three - step method ( Envision method) detection system combined with tissue microarray technology to detect the XRCC4's protein expression in the triple negative breast cancer and paraneoplastic corresponding paired normal breast tissue in 76 patients. Results XRCC4's protein expression in the cancer tissue (28. 9% ) was significantly lower than that in paraneoplastic normal breast tissue in 76 patients with triple - negative breast cancer (84. 2% ) ( P < 0. 05 ) ; XRCC4's expression in cancer tissues had significant differences among different degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and menstrual status ( P < 0. 05) ; XRCC4's expression in cancer tissues had no statistically significant difference among different ages, quadrant, staging, Ki67 (P > 0. 05). Conclusion XRCC4's protein expression positive rate was related to occurrence and the degree of malignancy of triple negative breast cancer, but the prognosis of the tumor need further investigation.%目的 探讨DNA修复基因XRCC4蛋白表达与三阴性乳腺癌临床病理学参数的相关性.方法 采用三步法(Envision法)检测系统结合组织芯片技术检测76例三阴性乳腺癌和相应配对的癌旁乳腺正常组织中XRCC4蛋白表达.结果 76例三阴性乳腺癌患者XRCC4在癌组织的蛋白表达(28.9%)明显低于癌旁组织(84.2%)(P<0.05);不同分化程度、淋巴结转移情况、月经状态之间XRCC4在癌组织中的表达具有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同年龄、象限、分期、Ki67之间XRCC4在癌组织中的表达无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 XRCC4的蛋白表达阳性率与三阴性乳腺癌的发生及恶性程度有关,与肿瘤的预后还有待进一步研究.
