目的 骨骼恶性黑色素瘤发病率低.文中介绍骨盆恶性黑色素瘤的临床表现,影像、病理特点及治疗.方法收治2例患者中1例肿瘤累及左髋臼和周围软组织,另外1例病变位于左股骨、骨盆及周围软组织.最终病理提示为恶性黑色素瘤.分析2份病例的特点,并复习相关文献.结果 2例均有夜间痛及局部皮肤温度高等恶性肿瘤的表现,影像学检查无特异性表现,最终诊断仍依靠病理检查.结论 恶性黑色素瘤是一种高度恶性肿瘤,好发于皮肤,易转移到肝及肺,而骨骼及骨骼肌很少受累及.黑色素瘤的临床表现及影像学缺乏特异性,需依赖病理检查明确诊断,其治疗以手术切除为主,辅助以放化疗.%Objective The incidence of malignant melanoma in bone is very low. This paper is to introduce the clinical mani festations, imaging and pathological features and treatments of pelvic malignant melanoma. Methods This study included 2 cases of tumor, 1 involving the left acetabulum and soft tissue, and the other in the left femur, pelvis and soft tissue. We analyzed the characteristics of the 2 cases and reviewed related literature. Results Both the cases had night pain and high local skin temperature, without specific radiological features, and confirmed to be malignant melanoma by pathological examination. Conclusion Malignant melanoma is a highly malignant tumor, mostly occurs in the skin and mucosa, and easily metastasizes to the liver, lungs and other organs, but rarely involves bones and skeletal muscle. Definite diagnosis of the malignancy depends on pathological examination. Surgical excision, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are the main options for its treatment.
