Treg细胞与慢性代谢性疾病

摘要

免疫微环境的稳态与代谢过程关系密切，调节性T细胞（regulatory T cells， Treg）是一类具有免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群，参与外周免疫耐受，有关Treg细胞的研究一直是免疫学领域的热点。近年来慢性代谢性疾病的发病率逐年上升，但是治疗方法有限，有学者发现了Treg细胞在这些疾病的发生发展中极为重要，对慢性代谢性疾病的治疗具有重要意义。%Homeostasis of immune microenvironment is closely related to metabolic proces-ses.Regulatory T cells (Treg cells) are a subset of T lymphocytes that can regulate immune function and participate in peripheral immune tolerance.Treg cells have been hotspots in the study of immu-nology.Recently, the incidence of chronic metabolic diseases is rising by year , but the treatment outcomes are unsatisfactory.It was found that Treg cells play an important role in the occurrence and development of chronic metabolic diseases and they are of great significance in the treatment of these diseases.
