神经轴突末端线粒体的锚定机制

     

摘要

Mitochondria are important organelles, and their distribution in cells is closely relat-ed to cell growth and activities. It is meaningful to examine the anchoring mechanism of mitochondri-a, as it is not only fundamental for molecular biology, but also closely related to a variety of neuro-logical diseases. The present study focuses on the regulation of motor proteins and their regulators by calcium, and discusses about the anchoring mechanism of inner and outer mitochondria on microtu-bule and actin filament. With the anchoring mechanism of mitochondria being elucidated, numerous neurological diseases will be prevented and cured.%线粒体是重要的细胞器,其在细胞内的分布与细胞生长及活动密切相关。线粒体的锚定机制不仅是分子生物学中非常基础的问题,也与多种神经疾病密切相关,对其进行探讨是一件非常有意义的事情。文章将分别从线粒体内外两个角度,围绕钙离子对马达蛋白及其调节器的调节,对线粒体在微管和微丝的锚定机制进行探讨。相信随着线粒体锚定机制的进一步阐明,多种神经疾病的防治将得到进一步的发展。
