炎症性肠病特异性靶向给药系统的研究进展

摘要

炎症性肠病是一类慢性、 复发性肠道炎症疾病,缺乏有效的治愈手段.为了克服传统的结肠靶向给药系统的不足,近年来炎性组织细胞的特异性靶向给药系统成为了国内外研究热点.特别是以电荷介导的靶向、 配体-受体相互作用介导的靶向和以炎症组织中特异性酶降解介导的靶向研究取得了较好的结果,有望成为新的临床治疗途径.文章概述了近年来治疗炎症性肠病的特异性靶向给药系统的研究进展.%Inflammatory bowel disease ( IBD) is a group of chronic relapsing diseases in gas-trointestinal tract, lacking effective means of cure. To overcome the disadvantages of conventional colon-targeted drug delivery system, the inflamed site-specific drug delivery system has received sig-nificant attention for IBD treatment in recent years because of their unique physicochemical proper-ties and capability of targeting the site of disease. Specifically, the strategies and mechanisms of drug delivery system targeting inflamed site based on the charge-, ligand-receptor-, and degrada-tion-mediated approaches have developed. These specific drug delivery systems are expected to be-come novel sight for clinical treatment of IBD. The present review summarizes the recent progress on the development of inflamed site-specific targeted drug delivery system for IBD treatment.
