The theme of transferring traditional literature retrieval into information literacy education is to establish new educational i-dea, reform previous literature retrieval teaching mode. College and university libraries should play an important role in popularizing in-formation literacy and introduce advanced theory and method from foreign countries.%从传统的文献检索教学过渡到信息素养教育关键要树立新型信息素养教育观念,对文献检索课程体系进行全面革新,充分发挥高校图书馆在全面普及信息素养教育中的作用并善于引入国外先进的信息素养教育理论和方法.
