The paper introduces the importance of constructing medical knowledge alliance database and mainly elaborates its schemes of construction from the perspectives of management institutions＇ setting,program of database construction,operating and management mechanism.It discusses how to implement the knowledge management and promote the knowledge sharing and innovation among medical colleges and universities using medical knowledge alliance database.%介绍构建医学知识联盟库的重要性,从管理机构设置、建库方案、运营管理机制等方面阐述医学知识联盟库的建设方案,探讨如何应用医学知识联盟库实施知识管理、促进医学院校实施知识共享与创新服务。
