国内外学科化服务现状探析

摘要

The paper introduces the definition, development history of subject librarians and subject services, analyzes the current status of subject services in college and university libraries both in China and abroad, discusses the subject services in Medical Library of Chinese PLA from the following aspects： cooperating with resource construction department, going deep among users, constructing subject service system according to readers＇ demands, etc.%介绍学科馆员以及学科化服务的含义、发展历史，分析国内外高校 图书馆学科化服务现状，并对解放军医学图书馆学科化服务从与资源建设部的合作、深入用户、构建适合读者需求的学科化服务体系等方面进行探讨。
