Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi‐slice CT (MSCT) examination in TN staging diagnosis of gastric cancer .Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases gastric cancer with multi‐slice and dual‐phase enhanced CT scan data and confirmed by surgery or pathology was conducted in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 .TN staging diagnosis of gastric cancer was performed by two high qualification radiologists and using a double‐blind law ,the results were compared with postoperative pathological outcomes .Results The overall accuracy of MSCT in gastric cancer T staging diagnosis was 74% (37/50) ,in which the specificity of T1 ,T2 ,T3 and T4 were 75 .0% ,73 .3% ,71 .4% and 80 .0% ,the sensitivity were 75 .0% ,68 .5% ,75 .0% and 80 .0% ,respectively .The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT in N staging was 71 .7% (33/46) ,in which the specificity of N0 ,N1 and N2 were 73 .3% ,71 .4% and 70 .0% ,the sensitivity were 73.3% ,68 .2% and 77 .8% ,respectively .Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT was high for gastric cancer TN staging ,which can be used as an important preoperative reference for clinical treatment options and prognosis .%目的：探讨 MSCT 检查在胃癌 TN 分期的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月～2014年12月经病理或手术证实的50例胃癌患者的 MSCT 平扫及双期增强扫描资料，并与术后病理结果对照，评价 MSCT 在胃癌TN 分期的临床应用价值。结果 MSCT 胃癌 T 分期诊断的总体准确率为74％（37／50），其中对 T1、T2、T3和 T4期判断的特异度分别为75．0％、73．3％、71．4％、80．0％，敏感度分别为75．0％、68．5％、75．0％、80．0％。 MSCT 胃癌 N 分期诊断的总体准确率为71．7％（33／46），其中对 N0、N1、N2期判断的特异度分别为73．3％、71．4％、70．0％，敏感度分别为73．3％、68．2％、77．8％。 结论 MSCT 对胃癌术前 TN 分期的诊断具有较高准确性，可以为临床选择治疗方案、评估预后提供重要的参考价值。
